1.1 This Notice is given by Ars Amorata International S.R.L. (the "Controller") pursuant to Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, implementing Directive 2002/58/EC, and pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1.2 It sets out the cookies and equivalent technologies employed upon the website at zanperrion.com (the "Site"), the purposes for which they are employed, and the means by which consent may be given, refused or withdrawn.
2.1 A cookie is a small text file placed upon the terminal equipment of a user by a website. Equivalent technologies include local storage, session storage and tracking pixels. References in this Notice to cookies include such equivalent technologies.
